REPAIRS
Every piece of Cast jewelry is crafted with care and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. At this time, we can only offer repair services for clients residing in the U.S.
Please contact us about a repair here or email: concierge@castjewelry.com. After receiving your repair request, we will provide you with a shipping label so we can evaluate your Cast jewelry and give you a free repair estimate (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide you with a schedule and will work swiftly and carefully to complete the service. Most repairs will be returned within 2-3 weeks. However, if a unique component is needed, we may require more time.

RESIZING
We offer lifetime resizing. This includes increasing or reducing the size of an item within limitations and without affecting the core design or item quality. Some pieces, due to their unique design, cannot be resized. At this time, we can only offer resizing services for clients residing in the U.S.
Please contact us about resizing here or email: concierge@castjewelry.com. The size-ability of your piece will be evaluated by a Cast Stylist. If your piece is deemed sizeable, Cast will provide a Shipping Label & Packing List. Most pieces will be completed and returned within 2-3 weeks.
