US Shipping
We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $500. Orders under $500 will require a $15 flat shipping fee. Orders will ship the following business day. Please allow up to five business days for your order to arrive, and up to three business days for your order to ship. Items ordered together may not ship together. International Shipping
Cast is no longer able to ship internationally.
Signature Confirmation Policy
Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use the carrier's Delivery Manager service to have your package held for pick up at one of their authorized locations. Please note, Cast will not be liable in the case of theft or damage that may occur.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All discounted items are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

PACKAGING
Beautiful Cast packaging is included with every purchase. Items over $750 come with a Cast Clutch, items under $750 come in a Cast Pack. The full retail price is used to determine packaging. If gifted as part of an eligible order, the Cast Clutch is not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. Please contact the Cast Concierge to upgrade to a Cast Clutch, fees apply.
The original packaging must be included with all returns and exchanges to protect the jewelry. Returns made without the original packaging will have $40 deducted from the return value.
PROMOTIONS
Sale pricing cannot be combined with other offers. Discounted items are final sale. Sale items ship in our Cast Pack via UPS Ground. Customers are able to purchase a clutch by contacting the Cast Concierge.
