Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping to the US on all orders; please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. Weekday overnight delivery is available for $20. If Saturday delivery is needed, please contact Cast Concierge or email us at email@example.com. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.
Orders placed on weekdays before 4PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 4PM EST weekdays will ship the following business day. Additional time may be required for items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Cast Concierge or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Cast does not ship orders to post office boxes. Cast is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
International shipping is available for select countries. We partner with Global-e, a trusted third-party international shipping service, to ship internationally. Most international orders are shipped via DHL and take 4 to 12 business days to arrive. Note that this does not take delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or Covid into account.
Shipping rates are visible at checkout, they are dependent on your location and chosen service level. In some instances, when duty and tax charges are applicable, they too will be visible at checkout. Please note, any charges will show up on card statements as, “Global-e // Cast Jewelry”.
Signature Confirmation Policy
Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx office or one of their authorized locations. If your order is under $500 and you would like to remove the signature upon delivery requirement, please contact concierge@castjewelry.
Standard Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn pieces in new condition, with the original packaging (Cast Clutch) and Gift with Purchase (if applicable), within 30 days of purchase. Customized Made to Order and Personalized (e.g. Engraved, Resized) items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns made without the original Cast Clutch or Gift With Purchase will have $50 deducted from the return value.
Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only; any order shipping charges (if applicable, such as for expedited shipping) will not be refunded. The Original Cast Clutch packaging must accompany the returned item. This helps protect the jewelry during shipping. Any item returned without its Cast Clutch will have $50 deducted from the return value. Similarly, if applicable, any product(s) returned without the gift with purchase will have $50 deducted from the return value.
We offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Go here to request a return label. Once you complete the request, we will send you a shipping label via email for you to print, with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that we are not responsible for any orders sent back without a Cast-provided shipping label.
If the item you are returning is eligible for an exchange, and you would like to exchange it for another item, we’ll send your new order via standard shipping as soon as your return is received and verified. If your exchange is eligible for Instant Credit, you may request an exchange at the time you process your return. For more information, see Instant Exchange below.
Returns are issued to your original form of payment 10-20 days after we receive your return. If you have closed the account for the credit card you used to purchase the returned product, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Vintage, made-to-order and personalized (engraved or customized) products are excluded and are not eligible for returns.
2022 Holiday Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is extended to 60-days from the date of product delivery for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, 2022. All standard return and exchange conditions apply.
While processing a return or exchange you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with a prepaid shipping label. Not all orders will receive an Instant Credit code and may only be eligible for a return for a refund or for an exchange fulfilled after your returned item is received and verified. If you do receive a code, you are not obligated to use it. If it's not used by the time your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to the original payment method and the code will be deactivated.
If you elect to use Instant Credit, here’s how it works:
- You can shop now and select any item on the site. You'll use your Instant Credit code at checkout, similar to a gift card. The Credit amount will be for the amount of the items being returned. Instant Credit comes with no strings attached: any unused portion of your issued credit will be refunded after your items are received.
- Returns for orders placed with an Instant Credit voucher will only be eligible for a refund, not a further exchange. If the original order that was returned to produce the Instant Credit voucher is less than 30 days old, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used to make that order.
