SHIPPING

US Shipping

We offer free shipping to the US on all orders, please allow up to five business days for your order to arrive. Weekday overnight delivery is available for $20 for all jewelry purchases. If Saturday delivery is needed, please contact Cast Concierge or email us at concierge@castjewelry.com. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.

Orders placed on weekdays before 4PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 4PM EST weekdays will ship the following business day. Additional time may be required for items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Cast Concierge or email us at concierge@castjewelry.com. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Cast does not ship orders to post office boxes. Cast is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select countries. We partner with Global-e, a trusted third-party international shipping service, to ship internationally. Most international orders are shipped via DHL and take 4 to 12 business days to arrive. Note that this does not take delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or Covid into account.

Shipping rates are visible at checkout, they are dependent on your location and chosen service level. In some instances, when duty and tax charges are applicable, they too will be visible at checkout. Please note, any charges will show up on card statements as, “Global-e // Cast Jewelry”.

International purchases are subject to Global-e's terms and conditions and privacy policy, both of which are presented at checkout. For additional details, please contact Cast Concierge or email us at concierge@castjewelry.com.

Signature Confirmation Policy

Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use the carrier's Delivery Manager service to have your package held for pick up at one of their authorized locations. Please note, Cast will not be liable in the case of theft or damage that may occur.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn pieces in new condition, with the original packaging and Gift with Purchase (if applicable), within 30 days of purchase. Sales of third-party, vintage, Archive Sale, made-to-order and/or personalized (engraved or customized) products are final and non-returnable.

Returns made without the original packaging or Gift With Purchase will have $40 deducted from the return value. Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.

Start the return or exchange here. Instructions and a shipping label will be provided. Items purchased in exchange will ship after the returned piece has been received. We are not responsible for any orders sent back without a Cast-provided shipping label.

Returns are refunded to your original form of payment 10-20 days after we receive your return. If you have closed the account for the credit card you used to purchase the returned product, please reach out to us at concierge@castjewelry.com.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy

Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year. All standard return and exchange conditions apply. 

 

PACKAGING

Beautiful Cast packaging is included with every purchase. Items over $500 come with a Cast Clutch, items under $500 come in a navy box. The full retail price is used to determine packaging. If gifted as part of an eligible order, the Cast Clutch is not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. Please contact the Cast Concierge to upgrade to a Cast Clutch, fees apply.

The original packaging must be included with all returns and exchanges to protect the jewelry. Returns made without the original packaging will have $40 deducted from the return value.
