Care

We want you to love and wear these pieces endlessly, but mindful care will help keep them from damage. 

Cord Care:

  • Simply rinse under lukewarm water or wipe with a damp cloth
  • If deeper cleaning is needed, use a small amount of mild soap and allow to air-dry completely
  • Keep fragrances, lotions, and cosmetics away from the cord to prevent staining
  • Pat dry thoroughly after any moisture exposure

Gold Care:

Precious metals naturally tarnish over time as alloys react to elements in the environment such as sulfur, humidity, perspiration, and chemicals.

To keep gold looking its best:

  • Wipe the metal with a soft polishing cloth after wear
  • Avoid exposure to salt water, chlorinated water, and harsh chemicals

Cleaning

  • Clean at first sign of tarnishing
  • Briefly submerge cord in warm water with mild dish soap
  • Gently clean the gold with a soft cloth or baby-soft toothbrush
  • Rinse the metal and cord under warm water
  • Pat dry thoroughly, ensuring the cord is fully dry before wearing or storing
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or ultrasonic cleaners

  • Returns are accepted on non-custom, non–made-to-order pieces only
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit
  • Returned items must be unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging
  • Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit
  • A restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Made-to-order, custom, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
