Care

We want you to love and wear these pieces endlessly, but mindful care will help keep them from damage. 

Precious metals, both gold and silver, will tarnish in the natural environment. Salty air, chlorine, humidity perspiration, cosmetics, bleach and strong chemicals will accelerate this reaction causing a discoloration of the metal surface. To reduce tarnishing and keep your jewelry looking its best please keep in mind the following: 

  • Wear your Jewelry often
  • Wipe down with a polishing cloth after wear and store in a soft dark place
  • Polish the piece regularly with a jewelry polishing cloth
  • Avoid salt water and chlorinated water
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Minor metal surface abrasion, scratches and dents can be the result of impact against hard surfaces during normal wear 

Cleaning

  • Clean at the first sign of tarnishing
  • Soak for five minutes in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap
  • Hand wash with a soft cloth and a soft bristle brush, like a baby’s toothbrush, to get into the recesses and remove any built-up grime. 
  • Rinse under warm water
  • Ensure the items are then thoroughly dry by patting them with a clean, soft cloth
  • Have your jewelry professionally cleaned from time to time (annually) to help keep your jewelry looking its best

Shipping & Returns

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on non-custom, non–made-to-order pieces only, with the exception of our monthly Flip Ring drops
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit
  • Returned items must be unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging
  • Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit
  • A restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from all refunds
  • Made-to-order, custom, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Custom, Made-to-Order & Final Sale

  • Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged
  • Engraved or altered items are also final sale

Shipping:

  • All orders ship via fully insured FedEx
  • Signature is required on all deliveries for security
  • Our Flip Ring Drop orders will ship by the date noted during checkout—once the piece is ready to ship it typically arrives within 2 business days
  • Custom and made-to-order items ship upon completion; lead times are listed on product pages
